Jesus came to do so much more than to save us from our sin. He came to BE the “pattern” of how we are to walk in holiness and Godliness before a Perfect God. He said that if we would be his disciples, we must follow Him.
If we are truly seeking Him with all our heart, that includes a day of Transfiguration, when we will actually ARISE AND SHINE with the seeable, tangible, touchable light of His Presence. This takes His transfiguration and applies it directly to our own lives. Matt 17
